Abstract

Introduction
Nous sommes déterminés à sensibiliser le public à une composante vitale  mais souvent négligée des soins de santé ; le Small and Sick Newborn Care (SSNC) en tant que partisan de l'équité en matière de santé mondiale. Le
premier mois de l'existence d'un enfant est crucial, et fournir des soins complets aux bébés qui sont petits et malades est essentiel pour leur survie et leur bienêtre à long terme. Cet essai traitera de l'importance du financement des initiatives de la SSNC, en mettant l'accent sur la création d'un cadre global adapté à la situation particulière de la Zambie. Cet essai plaide en faveur de la mise en place par la Zambie d'un programme global de SSNC. Nous pouvons créer un cadre solide qui aborde les difficultés rencontrées par les nouveau-nés petits et malades en nous concentrant sur des éléments clés tels que les soins centrés sur la famille, le leadership et la gouvernance, les ressources humaines, les systèmes d'information,
l'infrastructure, les finances, les fournitures et les dispositifs médicaux et la prévention des infections. La dissertation décrira également les défis et les obstacles possibles ainsi que les facteurs d'atténuation. Finalement, une conclusion sera tirée.
